Stonebridge Resort Branson West, Branson West

We had a great week at Stonebridge, appreciating the spacious units and peaceful surroundings. The amenities, especially the pool and water park area, were fantastic for families. However, we encountered some issues with maintenance, and our experience was slightly dampened by the inconsistent service regarding our rental adjustments.

The resort offers a lovely location near Silver Dollar City with well-maintained grounds and spacious units. However, my experience was marred by an uncomfortable sofa bed and a disappointing view from our unit, which faced the parking lot instead of the mountains. While there are many amenities like golf, swimming, and tennis, the lack of an indoor gathering space left us wanting more, especially during the summer heat.

My stay at the Beside Still Waters cabin was absolutely incredible! The cabin is beautifully secluded, offering a peaceful retreat just far enough from the busy Branson area. The screened-in deck was perfect for relaxing and taking in the serene surroundings. However, my Thanksgiving trip was quite the opposite, with significant issues regarding my reservation and a lack of adequate accommodations, which was frustrating. Overall, I found the cabin to be a fantastic place, but the booking nightmare made for a less pleasant experience on that occasion.

My stay was quite a letdown due to several issues. The accommodations I booked were completely mismanaged, and the amenities were lacking, leading to an overall frustrating experience. On the positive side, some aspects of the property were appealing, including the natural surroundings and the potential of the villa accommodations, but it fell short in execution and maintenance.
